How these images were built

The RPM tool allows us to specify an alternative root path to install the packages into.
For more details or to re-create the image yourself, see the installation scripts (x86 / amd64) and the list of packages (packages.amd64 / packages.x86) which were generated by listing the contents of the RPM directory on our local mirror. Please make sure your use a mirror near you.

The Disk Images

These images are on ext3 filesystems and use 1.5GB of diskspace.

Keeping it up to date

Fedora updates are handled using the 'yum' tool, by running:
